We are partnering with a Shipping Line seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their team in London on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities;

* Maintain, update, and enhance reporting and KPI tools in alignment with business targets and governance principles.

* Develop new reporting and operational tools using Tableau and Looker, based on company needs

* Assist in educating new users on existing BI tools and facilitate effective rollout sessions for new tools.

* Promote and disseminate data from Business Intelligence in GHQ to Europe Trade, Sales, and Customer Service teams

* Advocate for increasing data literacy

* Perform data analysis

* Collaborate with the Trade and Sales teams to identify and improve yield through round voyage cargo movement

* Analyze cargo portfolio strategy with Marketing and Trade Teams to maximize yield return using data and BI tools.

* Coordinate regional target setting from global/trade targets, ensuring performance measurement using KPIs.

* Manage surcharges and Detention/Demurrage tariffs

* Implement multi-Trade commercial policies

Skills Required;

* Strong understanding of the Shipping industry

* Experience within pricing, trade and yield management

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Solid understanding of business intelligence
