We are currently seeking an inspiring Business & Economics Teacher for a vibrant secondary school in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about helping students succeed in Business and Economics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality Business & Economics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

* Create engaging lesson plans that encourage students to explore and understand the world of business and economics.

* Track and evaluate student progress, providing targeted support to help them achieve their best.

* Contribute to departmental initiatives and school-wide activities, enriching the educational experience.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.

* Strong subject knowledge in Business and Economics.

* A desire to inspire and motivate pupils in their academic journey.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
