Job Title: Band 6 Senior Community Physiotherapist (Locum)

Location: Carlisle and District Area

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in the Carlisle and District Integrated Care Community (ICC). This role is pivotal in providing admission prevention, supported discharge, and specialist assessment and rehabilitation for patients with a variety of long and short-term conditions. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team as well as collaborating with Brampton Community Hospital to facilitate patient flow and discharge support.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Degree in Physiotherapy

* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

* Proven experience in community physiotherapy or a related field

* Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
