The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to manage all aspects of sample requests, from receiving and processing requests to packaging and dispatching samples for customers worldwide. This role involves maintaining organised records, ensuring timely handling of samples, and coordinating stock replenishment for the sample stock room.
Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities
• Process incoming component sample requests from new and existing customers.
• Pick, wrap, and package all sample requests for dispatch to relevant customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for both UK and international sample dispatches.
• Coordinate receipt and logging of sample requests, ensuring traceability and accurate records.
• Maintain and manage the sample stock room, including coordination of stock replenishment as needed.
• Facilitate receipt and distribution of all incoming samples to relevant personnel.
Warehouse Administrator Requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with inventory management and stock control is an advantage.
