Job Title: Experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson – Social Housing
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: 30 – 35k + Company Van

Client Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team and assist with the maintenance and improvement of social housing homes across Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on role that involves both larger projects, such as bathroom and kitchen fittings, and smaller, reactive repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* General Maintenance: Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks across a portfolio of properties, including joinery, plumbing, wire fixes, tiling, plastering, glazing, painting & decorating, and floor laying.

* Larger Projects: Work on larger projects such as kitchen and bathroom installations.

* Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents, meeting their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the work completed.

* Self-Management: Work independently while also being a great team player, managing your own schedule and tasks to meet deadlines.

Role Criteria:

* Extensive hands-on experience across multiple trades, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, glazing, painting & decorating, wire fixes, and floor laying.

* Full UK Driving License.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* IT literate for PDA use.

* Hold a trade qualification
