Responsibilities:

Your role as a Teaching Assistant will include:

Supporting classroom teachers with daily activities
Conducting one-to-one or small group sessions with students
Delivering tuition and booster sessions for pupils with varying abilities or Education, Health, and Care (EHC) Plans
Facilitating reading sessions and providing support in numeracy and literacyQualifications and Attributes:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's Degree (not essential but preferred)
Experience working with students (e.g., Youth Work, Teaching Assistant, University Ambassador, Graduate Tutor)
A strong desire to work within an educational setting
A warm, outgoing personality with ambition
