Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Location: Southwark
Type: Permanent
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Generous Commission Structure

Responsibilities

Building and managing an engaged network of candidates and clients within the construction industry.
Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients.
Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
You will work on your personal brand consistently making sure you have the best shop front in your space.
You will work with our Marketing Team, feeding them market news and the insights that you pick up when talking to candidates and clients helping them to put together outbound campaigns for you that bring back inbound traffic for you.
You will build out and keep building data lists of your hottest candidates and clients - past, present and future - that we can help you to develop further through clever marketing.  What Build Space are looking for ?

You have worked as a 360 white collar construction recruiter in an agency with a proven track record.
You will recognise the importance of sector knowledge and the need to build your technical know how around projects, clients and technologies constantly.
People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share.
Excellent communication skills
High levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team goals.
