Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Are you passionate about working with young people and supporting their learning? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Lincoln.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
Supporting students in small groups or one-to-one settings.
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Encouraging students to develop confidence and independence.

What We’re Looking For:

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (A-levels or degrees desirable).
Experience working with children or young people.
A positive and patient attitude.
This role is ideal for those looking to gain experience in education or considering a future teaching career.
