Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail fit-out market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail companies, property developers, and other potential clients.
* Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring the alignment of our services with client needs.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the construction sector.
