Job Title: Sales Representative

- Hourly rate: £25-30 an hour

- Contract Length: 3 months

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

- Type: Temporary, Fully Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our clients team. In this role, you will engage with a curated list of potential artists through email, phone, and social media, fostering genuine connections. You will play a key role in transitioning artists to our platform and providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to our executive team.

Responsibilities:

Engage with a list of potential artists, segmented by revenue from streaming.
Utilise CRM or spreadsheet tools for outreach and tracking interactions.
Maintain organised records of interactions and progress.
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media with a focus on building relationships.
Collect and analyse data to share insights on outreach effectiveness and artist engagement.
Provide qualitative feedback on what works well with different artist segments.
Collaborate with their team to refine outreach strategies based on data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the music industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships.
Ability to analyse and report on data to inform business decisions.
Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Open to feedback and adaptable to changing strategies.
