About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher with Aspire People, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting each student's academic journey. This role involves teaching a range of abilities and ages, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver effective and engaging maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and valued.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to support student development.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum and teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
* Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional development.
