We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our clients team in the fast-paced FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate and deliver high-quality bids within specified timelines.

Description

Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.
Compile, edit and proofread commercial proposals to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
Work closely with various internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.
Maintain and update a library of company data and documents relevant to bids.
Track and report on bid outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide support to the Marketing department on related tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the bid process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategiesProfile

A successful Bid Coordinator should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in bid coordination within the FMCG industry.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.Job Offer
