About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit Senior to join a dynamic audit team in Oxford. This is a permanent role, available on a full-time or part-time basis, with hybrid and flexible working options to fit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex and diverse audit assignments across multiple sectors, collaborating with managers and partners as needed.
Prepare audit files, conduct audit planning, and manage or assist with fieldwork.
Allocate tasks, supervise junior team members on audits, provide training, and review their work.
Deliver high-standard audit assignments within agreed budgets and deadlines.
Oversee and review work completed by junior staff members.
Utilize accounting software to prepare accurate reports for clients, managers, and directors.
Prepare statutory accounts and finalize them under the supervision of a line manager.
Compile corporation tax computations.
Stay updated on technical and industry developments to ensure top-quality service.
Assist with service pricing and support new client proposals.
Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

A thorough induction programme to set you up for success. About You:
ACCA/ACA qualified or close to qualification.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in UK audit practice, with some exposure to accounts work.
A degree (2:1 or higher) or a strong A-Level record (A, B, B or above).
Familiarity with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH software is advantageous.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
Positive, proactive, and confident in building relationships.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of output.
