Graduate Teaching Assistant | Psychology & Education Graduates | £80-£100 Per Day | Waltham Forest, East London

Reeson Education is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest, supporting pupils across a range of academic and additional needs.

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone passionate about education and child development, particularly in working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Support learning in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classes

Work with children who need additional academic or emotional support

Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom setup, and learning resources

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN such as autism, ADHD or speech & language needs

Help track pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Graduate Teaching Assistant Requirements:

A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field

A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in education

Some experience working with children in a school, tutoring, or voluntary capacity

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
