Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Officer withing Employee Relations based in Taunton. Our client offers hybrid working for this full time contract.

The job:

Manage a caseload around all employee relations aspects of HR.
Support managers in meetings surrounding performance review, absence, termination, investigation, disciplinary and recruitment
Support senior HR staff as well as management in conducting employee relations consultation and training.
Provide advice, support and guidance to managers across the client base on a wide range of ER and HR matters.
Undertake HR and OD policy and project work as and when required.The candidate:

Relevant degree/ professional qualification or experience
Proven experience in an Employee Relations operational HR role within a large organisation with a diverse workforce. Proven experience in managing and advising on complex cases, and supporting at Hearings and Appeals as required.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognised best HR practice.
Be able to effectively communicate on complex issues at all levels in an appropriate and concise manner, both orally and in writing.How to apply:
