Established over 50 years ago, our client designs and manufactures industry-leading products. Due to continuous growth and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a hungry sales engineer who is motivated by smashing targets.

In this role as a Sales Engineer, you will handle all sales activities related to bids, tenders, and RFQs, ensuring timely communication to foster profitable business relationships. You’ll track market trends and competitors, providing relevant reports, and entering RFQs and sales orders into the CRM. The role involves arranging service visits and travel for personnel, as well as understanding customer needs to present accurate bids. You’ll maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect for new business, while gathering market data and contributing to team meetings and marketing strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve Sales targets and sales turnover

* Build strong long-term relationships with agents and clients globally

* Manage the sales process from beginning to end

The Package:

* £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission, 5-10% Bonus, Progression, Training, Development, and Excellent Benefits

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

* Have previously worked in the manufacturing, industrial or heavy engineering sectors
