Are you a Property / Facilities Administrator, or similar, with experience liaising with utilities companies, looking for a varied role within a highly successful property investment company, offering a fantastic working environment and excellent company benefits?
The company is a leading property developer working on exciting projects across the UK. They are now looking to expand their head office team with a new Property / Utilities Administrator. You will be responsible for managing current and potential suppliers, from conducting market research to onboarding and maintaining relationships. You will work independently while receiving support from the wider rentals team.
This role would suit a Property / Facilities Administrator, or similar, with experience dealing with utilities companies, looking to join a company that prioritizes employee wellbeing.
The Role:
Manage relationships with utilities suppliers, identifying the most competitive offerings
Maintain high standards of accuracy and up-to-date information in Excel
Improve efficiencies in utility data collection
Liaise with property team members to ensure smooth processesThe Person:
