Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Senior Architectural Technologist job joining a global A&E company working on defence projects, offering up to £47,500 + bonus and full remote working. The successful candidate MUST pass security clearance and experience working on projects in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements
Conduct site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable codes requirements
Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards
Site visits to determine compliance with construction documents; identify any deviations and liaise with the owner and contractor to resolve issues promptly
Works effectively in a team by supporting other team members
Report to Directors on the progress and updates of current projects.Required Skills & Experience

Relevant Architectural Technology degree
7+ years' experience post qualification
Previous experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
Previous experience working on MOD projects is highly desirable but they are also considering large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential
You must be based within commutable distance to Birmingham, Cambridge, and Peterborough
You must be based within the Midlands or East Midlands and can travel to the site a maximum of once a week
Have your own car and driver's licence.What you get back
