This is ideal for a MEP Estimator that wants to be valued by a business as being more than just a number. Here you will be working for a specialist contractor that prides themselves on being a very close knit, family feel business. This specialist contractor has grown heavily in its 7 year tenure with their main focus being within the commercial sector. They are now looking to add some senior talent to expand the business and assist with their growing pipeline of work.

Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, this South East London based business works heavily across the commercial sectors including CAT A & B Fit-out, Schools, Retail as well as high-end residential projects. Previous experience working across both design and build projects that have encompassed Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, & Public Health is key.

Your role as an MEP Estimator will include:

* Reviewing and Submitting complete estimates/tenders

* Carry out estimates using estimation packages.

* Reviewing drawing spec's for materials,labour, profit etc

* Consistent liaison with wider business units for project progression.

The successful MEP Estimator will need:

* Extensive estimation experience.

* Proven experience working on large scale commercial projects.

* Highly computer literate
