We are looking for an Electrician to join the responsive repairs team to provide a high-quality service while undertaking maintenance work on tenanted and vacant properties operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking quality electrical rewires, responsive repairs, planned maintenance and other works, including associated making good and other works commensurate to the skills of an electrician.
Carrying out electrical rewires, certification and notation for as-built drawing on refurbishment work.
Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
Participating in out of hours standby rota Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent
Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018
Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification of in-service Electrical Installations (QCF) or equivalentBenefits:
