Assistant Site Manager Required – Tier 1 Main Contractor - £30 Million Project – Dartford Area

Invision recruitment are currently looking for experienced Assistant Site Manager to work on a large Commercial/Logistic Project for a Tier One Main Contractor with in excess of £500 Million turnover.

Duties:

* Assist with the planning and development of policies and procedures

* Control and coordinate subcontractors ensuring full compliance and adherence to procedures and method statements

* Ensure effective control of subcontractors

* Undertake regular site inspections

* Contribute to the monitoring of progress at site and prepare and daily weekly progress reports to the site manager

* Assist with the performance and assessment of subcontractors

* Manage and administer various subcontracts including:

* Regular site progress meetings and prepare instructions to subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate subcontractors' claims for payment

Requirements:

* Tier 1 experience

* Degree qualified or equivalent (Preferred)

* SMSTS, First Aid
