Job Title: Construction / Dry Lining Tutor Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) 

Location: Rugby - Centre based

Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more

Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Duties:

To deliver Construction / Dry Lining training to learners, leading them to acquire a CSCS card.
Support learners with Functional Skills, Digital Skills, and Personal Development.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Criteria:

Must hold a minimum of 2 years' experience within Dry Lining / Construction trades.
Must hold own Level 3 qualification within Dry Lining and/or Brickwork.
Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (not essential as training is provided)
Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
Experience of providing on-the-job training within the workplace to Apprentices/colleagues. 
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Please note:
