Generate sales and foster continuous sales activity.
* Represent the company positively and build lasting customer relationships.
* Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations consistently.
1. Sales & Account Management:
* Retain and expand the customer base by establishing trusted relationships.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery aligned with customer needs.
* Prepare monthly reports detailing account status, including sales results, forecasts, and margins.
* Address high-priority requests or escalate issues when necessary.
* Handle incoming sales calls as directed.
* Process Sales Orders efficiently.
* Issue accurate product specifications to Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure correct procurement and dispatch.
* Collaborate with external sales staff to follow up on enquiries and quotations.
* Generate Sales Order acknowledgements and initiate upselling opportunities within the Staytite product range.
2. General Duties:
* Undertake any reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
* Provide cover and support for other sales areas when required.
* Step in for Sales Development Executive staff during their absence if required.
* Assist in the operation of internal administration systems.
Key Attributes:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Support, or in a similar role.
* Solid proficiency with CRM software and IT packages.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Good analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Fixings and Fasteners is an advantage
