Job title: Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key contact for regional clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, relationship management, and growth. You'll work across multiple teams-including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales & Innovation-to drive engagement, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to healthcare providers.

? What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Building strong relationships with clients and NHS stakeholders
✅ Developing growth strategies and identifying new opportunities
✅ Handling objections and problem-solving to meet client needs
✅ Monitoring data and reporting on trends, risks, and success stories
✅ Delivering presentations and supporting client communications
✅ Working collaboratively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

? What We're Looking For:

? Previous Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment
? Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
? Ability to interpret and analyse data (Excel skills a plus!)
? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
? Confident in presenting both in-person and via video conferencing
? A proactive, results-driven, and positive attitude
