Location: Glasgow, G41 1HU
Salary: £23,281-£28,392 per annum DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

We are now recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Audit and Accounts department as an Accounts Assistant!
You will be responsible for providing essential accounting support to our Audit and Accounts Directors and Managers.
In addition to this as our Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Year-end accounts (LTD/Sole trader/Partnerships)
• Management accounts
• Working knowledge of business tax
• Responding to client queries
• Keeping job stages up to date on practice management software
• Managing deadlines
• Assisting less experienced team members
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
• A minimum of 2 years of practice accountancy experience.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Relevant accounting qualifications (ATT, ACCA, or part qualified) are advantageous but not essential!
