Vacancy: LETTINGS VALUER – Residential Estate & Letting Agency

Location: London, WC1

Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Part Time

Our client, a highly successful, Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Lettings Valuer to join their successful team based at their busy London, WC1 office.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background and experience in residential lettings with excellent achievements in generating and winning new business.

You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset but, most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.

The Company: Our client is a successful professional property company based in the Harrow area. They have a well-known, successful brand and are regarded as an excellent firm to work for.

Skills required for this Lettings Valuer role will include:

Residential lettings experience essential
Listing / Valuations experience essential
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ability to generate new business
Excellent customer service skills
Well-spoken and well-presented
Knowledge of the local market area
Target driven and dynamic
Full UK driving license
Excellent spoken and written English
