About the Role
As a Senior Energy & Sustainability Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering sustainability services on major projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality consultancy services in either Building Physics or Whole Life Carbon Analysis & Embodied Carbon.
* Quality assuring technical outputs from junior team members and offshore teams.
* Acting as the primary client contact, shaping the design process and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Coordinating and managing projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering either Building Physics (e.g., thermal modelling, energy modelling) or Whole Life Carbon Analysis.
* Strong technical skills and the ability to review and assure quality across a range of sustainability services.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience leading design discussions.
* A passion for sustainability and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
* The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
