Job Title: Town Planner

Location: Winchester

My client is a close-knit multi-disciplinary team which manages the full development lifecycle from acquisition to disposal and all requirements in between. The team has developed a solid reputation for delivering planning permission and completing commercial developments, with a prestigious portfolio of projects across London and the South of England.

Candidate Requirements

RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
MRTPI Chartership or working towards chartership.
Previous experience, either within the public or private sector, at planner level
Up to date knowledge of the Planning sector and relevant legislation
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
