Yoga Instructor

Salary: £40 per session, inclusive of holiday pay
Hours: Permanent, Part Time
Brighton College is seeking to appoint a Yoga Instructor on a zero-hour, permanent basis.
Main purpose of the role: To deliver group sessions to both staff and pupils during term-time (35 weeks)
General Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all participants.
* Deliver a class that is both safe and enjoyable.
* Educate on the correct techniques and poses.
* Offer modifications, progressions and regressions where required.
* Ensure classes start and finish as per the timetable.
Person Specification:
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified to instruct both adult and pupil sessions.
* Customer focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
* Approachable, enthusiastic and motivating.
* A good communicator.
* Engaging and able to adapt to a range of different needs.
* Able to follow Brighton College's Policies and Procedures.
* Safeguarding trained (desirable).
* First Aid qualified (desirable).
Hours of Work:
This is a term time (35 weeks) only appointment on a Zero-Hour basis. The successful candidate will need to be available to cover a Monday evening class (6.15pm-7.00pm).
The services you provide to the College will be on an ad-hoc basis. This means that whilst the College will try to give you as much notice as possible when offering work, there is no obligation on the part of the College to provide such work nor for you to accept any work offered.
Remuneration: £40 per class, inclusive of holiday pay.
Holidays: Holiday entitlement is included in the hourly pay rate for this role.
