My client is an established construction group who specialise in the building, refurbishment and maintenance of affordable and social rented properties for Housing Associations. They have the following requirement:

Site Manager

Liverpool City Centre

The refurbishment of a block of flats in Liverpool City Centre with works consisting of Cavity Wall Insulation, External Wall Insulation, Windows, Doors, Roof, Solar PV, Ventilation, External and Internal communal decoration.Duties to include:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site
Responsible for health and safety and managing sub-contractors
Ensuring the client's needs & requirements are met
