Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Must drive and have access to a vehicle.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Communications and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this exciting position, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and promote our training and development offerings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with internal teams to craft and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Developing compelling marketing materials and campaigns to boost brand awareness.

• Researching market trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and reporting on key metrics.

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and the media.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven experience in marketing and communications (1-2 years).

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and design principles.

• Proficiency with MS Office and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent time management, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in PR and B2B marketing.
