Children's Commissioning Manager

£36 per hour

Hybrid - 3 days a week in office

About the Role:

Liverpool City Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Commissioning Manager to join our Children and Young People's Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the arrangement and management of a range of contracts across children and young people's services, ensuring effective performance monitoring and evaluation to inform future commissioning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement performance management systems to ensure optimum service delivery

* Contribute to Commissioning and Sufficiency Strategy and action plan to ensure service is effective and efficient, as well as within financial budgets

* Develop and review the QA Framework for all commissioned services

Experience/Skills:

* Must have previous track record in commissioning in Children's Services

* Must have previous experience of project management delivery, financial monitoring and performance management

* Excellent reporting skills and data analysis within commissioning
