Role: IT Infrastructure Delivery / Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Home / Brighton

Contract Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (Inside IR35)

Skills: Azure IaaS, PaaS, Cyber Security, M365, (Exchange Online, TLS, AD, Defender Entra etc)

As part of a busy Infrastructure Team you will be leading a number of small and medium sized initiatives as a technical SME, many of the initiatives will be related to Cyber Security improvements. You need to be technically very strong in the above infrastructure technologies and a confident communicator / problem solver with strong stakeholder communications. Liaising with stakeholders in Cyber Ops team to agree mitigations and planning and coordinating tasks with infrastructure and other teams. Some infrastructure / technical hands on BAU work may also be required.

This is a hybrid role, and you must be prepared to work in Brighton at least one day per week.

Essential Experience:

5+ years Infrastructure support experience, broad technical awareness / SME infrastructure knowledge across Azure IaaS, PaaS, Windows 10, M365, Exchange Online, TLS, Defender, Entra etc. essential.
Azure Foundation desirable
Passion for cybersecurity and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, solutions focussed and practical approach to putting in place realistic mitigations / resolutions.** If shortlisted, you will be required to answer a technical question as part of the submission pocess.
