Senior Salmon are looking for a Production Team leader to join their Buxton based client

As a Production Team leader you will be expected to manage a team of production operatives within a Production Environment.

Duties will also include:

• Achieving KPI targets
• Carry out daily quality checks and audits
• Attend daily production meetings
• Collating and analysing reports
• Coach and support team members to ensure appropriate training is received
• Perform route cause analysis and resolve any production issues
• Involvement HR meetings.

Candidates MUSt have the following experience:

• Minimum Level 3 Leadership qualification or equivalent
• Self-aware, resilient individual, with the ability to guide and lead a team
• Proven proactive and positive hands-on approach,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Lean manufacturing techniques
