Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (preferable but not essential).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and year groups.
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, productive learning atmosphere.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school to ensure continuity in the pupils’ education.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual learners.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other school staff to support pupils' development.
