The Network and Voice Engineer will be responsible for Cisco & Juniper Routers and Switches & Azure Networking. This role is Configuration, Troubleshooting and Project focused - Fully Remote in UK.

Description

The Network and Voice Engineer on a day to day basis will be responsible for:

Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Ensure support activities are delivered against agreed measures & SLAs.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Provide hands-on technical support frequently (Maintenance, troubleshooting, deployments)
Ensure Infrastructure and Systems are documented, Secured and scalable
Proactively monitor system logs and behaviour
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and share this knowledge with the team.Profile

The successful Network and Voice Engineer should have:

A proven track record in a Network or Infrastructure engineering role.
Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, M365), Networking (Cisco Switches, Juniper Routers) Telephony (SBC) and Virtual Server Architecture.
Understanding of Voice Protocols and routing
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and ITIL Framework
Cisco CCNA (or similar)
Desirable:

Knowledge of Dialogic or Ribbon SBC
Certifications in Azure AZ-104
Teams Admin MS700 (or Similar)
Cisco CCNA (or similar)
Linux Admin (Centos, Ubuntu)Job Offer

A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
