The Role:
 
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, working at a key site in Ipswich. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent career opportunities.
 
You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems across the site, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct gas safety inspections and issue certification in accordance with regulations.
Work closely with the facilities team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Keep accurate records of all work carried out and update service reports.
Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Requirements:

Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
Proven experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer in a facilities maintenance or building services environment.
Strong knowledge of heating and boiler systems in commercial settings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence (if travel to additional sites is required). Benefits:
