The Role

As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering this £2 million luxury barn conversion. Responsibilities include:

* Team Leadership: Overseeing a skilled team of up to 20 tradespeople and direct reports, ensuring productivity and high standards of work.

* Sub-Contractor Management: Coordinating specialist sub-contractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring seamless integration of their work with the wider project.

* Project Oversight: Managing all on-site operations, from planning to execution, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.

* Quality Control: Upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish, with a focus on delivering a luxury fit-out that exceeds client expectations.

* Commercial Management: Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure financial and operational goals are met.

* Health and Safety: Enforcing all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.

About You

I’m seeking a Site Manager with:

* High-End Fit-Out Expertise: Proven experience in delivering high-quality residential or heritage projects, ideally involving bespoke finishes.

* Leadership and Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and coordinate a diverse team and maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

* Commercial Acumen: Strong financial awareness and the ability to manage costs effectively while ensuring value for money.

* Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and a proactive approach to managing challenges and changes on-site.
