We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Technical Food Officer. In this role you will have the opportunity to apply your academic and/or industry knowledge to real-world challenges, working closely with seasoned experts to deliver technical process and systems that ensure quality standards are meet and exceeded.

You will gain an insight and grow knowledge across a wide range of technical responsibilities, some of which are:

Assisting in the safety, quality, and compliance of food products through quality assurance.
Support on the implementation food safety standards.
Work alongside the Technical team to prepare the factory for internal and external audits.
Support and analyse data collection.
Assist with maintenance of site QMS, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Monitor quality key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality targets are met.
Maintain and support technical compliance regulations with industry regulations.
Collaborate with various departments to address technical issues and continuously improve processes.
Consistently work to the highest standards of food quality and safety.

What experience do you need?

A recent Food Technical Graduate or a couple of years in food industry working in the technical team.
Good organisational skills.
A "can do" attitude with bags of self-motivation.
Excellent communicator.
Good Computer skills.
