The Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to work in a partner special needs school. You will:

Provide 1:1 support and lead small group activities to help students achieve their full potential.
Work with small class sizes, ensuring focused and personalised attention for each student.
Collaborate with a supportive team, including teachers and other staff members, in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or complex needs (preferred but not essential).
A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting students’ needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
