PERMANENT ADMINISTRATOR – OLNEY – 25-32K

Due to expansion, I am recruiting for a administrator to work in a vibrant office based in Olney.

Daily duties are likely to involve:-

* Working for a Contracts Manager you will be involved in the day to day aspects of resourcing materials and updating the projects to run inside with the customer requirements.

* Continuously be on top of budgets whilst maintaining updates internally and externally

* Using internal systems and excel to update the necessary important information so accuracy is paramount

In return, what we need from you:-

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience of working within the construction industry

* Strong admin skills

* Be a vibrant individual that can multi task and be highly organised

* Flexible attitude with the willingness to learn

* Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. There maybe the option to work 1 day at home in the future, subject to the requirements of the team
