Our client based in Birmingham who are going through an exciting transition period, are seeking a progressive Finance Manager to join their team and spearhead the transformation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about implementing new processes and systems through effective financial management.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Monthly management accounts prep and presenting to the board

* Annual budgets and forecasts

* Fixed asset register

* Budget monitoring, offering guidance and support to budget holders

* Handling quarterly VAT returns and import tax reliefs

* Oversee payroll changes and ensure timely payments

You should have demonstrable leadership and management experience, particularly in change management
