Description

Oversee the operation of the quality assurance department and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Implement quality control systems and processes, and monitor their effectiveness.
Lead, mentor and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve targets and improve performance.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
Investigate and resolve any issues relating to product quality.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high quality standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the company.Profile

A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:

A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Competitive salary ranging from £39000 per annum.
