Finishing Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Setting out quality standards on site
- Overseeing work of subcontractors
- Ensuring work is completed on time
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Reporting on project progress to Managers & Stakeholders
 
Finishing Manager skills required:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience
- Degree qualified
- Major Residential project experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent reporting skills
