Position: Airfreight/Seafreight Operator
Location: Warrington
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 18:00
Salary: Starting from £28,000 + per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Manage multi-modal shipments (Air Import & Ocean Import) from start to finish
Coordinate shipping documentation and customs clearance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers (hauliers, shipping lines, etc.)What We're Looking For:

A customer-focused approach with excellent service
Strong knowledge and experience in customs procedures
3+ years of experience in the UK freight forwarding sector, working across multiple transport modes
Proficiency in logistics systems
A solid understanding of Incoterms and industry regulations
End-to-end shipment management experience
