Robotics Field Service Engineer

Salary: £30k - £40k

Location: Liverpool

nGenium are currently working with a premium global manufacturer of laboratory automation and robotics systems to help expand their customer support team. This is a field-based position supporting customers in bespoke laboratories with their automation systems.

In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:

Conduct preventative maintenance, implement planned improvements, Address breakdowns and performance issues promptly, on-site and remote technical support, Diagnose and resolve faults, collaborating with specialist teams as needed.
Providing excellent customer service, interacting with various clients maintaining and improving relationships and identifying new opportunities for upgrades.
Documenting activities.

A suitable candidate for this role would need:

Strong background in science and technology with experience working in a lab environment.
An understanding of electromechanical systems
A good degree in any scientific/engineering field.
A desire to learn and develop skills.
1 years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting scientific/analytical equipment.
Experience in a customer facing role
UK driving license and full right to work
