Workshop Engineer

£15 per hour plus overtime

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for repairing and maintaining electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes?

If so A leading Electromechanical Service provider with branches around the UK are current looking for a Workshop Engineer to join their team in Cheddar

Key Responsibilities:

* Repair and overhaul electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes.

* Conduct mechanical maintenance, repairs, and assembly of rotating equipment.

* Troubleshoot and resolve faults on breakdown equipment.

* Accurately complete workshop documentation and daily timesheets.

* Be available for call-outs, shift work, or overtime as required.

* Support team efforts and perform other duties as directed by the Workshop Supervisor or Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience with electrical motors, pumps, and gearboxes.

* Basic computer skills and knowledge of safety protocols.

* A strong team player with excellent communication skills.

* Reliable with good timekeeping habits.

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
