Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Watford, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £35k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is seeking a well-rounded Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts in and around the M25. They are a busy and well-respected Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit with a busy portfolio of clients, they are able to offer excellent further training for candidates who would like to grow their skillset and grow within the industry. The successful candidate can expect excellent salaries and packages, including overtime opportunities and a company vehicle.

The role will involve travel throughout: Watford, Borehamwood, Edgware, Harrow, Wembley, Uxbridge, Southall, Slough, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Hounslow, Potters Bar, Enfield, Welwyn Garden City, Harpenden, Cheshunt, Chigwell, Harlow, Hertford, Bishop's Stortford, Epping, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Dagenham, Rainham, Richmond, Feltham, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Mitcham.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a well-established outfit
- Conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 standards
- Good written and literacy skill level
- Adaptable to travel as required and when company needs change
- Experience with closed systems would be beneficial, but not essential
- Ideally good access to the M25
- Comfortable working both independently and within teams

The Role:
- Completing a mix of ACOP L8 compliance duties across public sector, commercial and local authority client sites
- TMV inspections and servicing
- Showerhead descales
- Cleans and disinfections on CWST
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Outlet descales
- Closed system sampling
- Pipework disinfections
- Updating logbooks and writing regular progress reports
