Job Title: Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer

Location: Covering Kent

Package: £45,000 + Vehicle & Fuel card

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Call Out: 1 in 5 weeks Call Out

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team, covering commercial sites from Dartford down to Hastings on a prestigious contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.

* Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.

* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.

* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.

* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

Requirements:

* Required: Minimum Level 2 in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services related qualification

* Desirable: 18th Edition

* Desirable: Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391/2394/95 or EAL)

* Desirable: F-Gas Category 1 2079

* Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.

* Strong knowledge of commercial building systems

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

* Full UK driving license.
