gap healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Manager for a Mental Health Service in Southend On Sea, Essex. Our client is a dedicated care provider supporting individuals with mental health conditions and complex needs. Their focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centered care that promotes independence, well-being and recovery. 

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee service operations, ensuring high standards of mental health care, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will lead a team to provide tailored support that promotes recovery, independence and well-being for service users.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily service operations.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.

Develop and implement person-centered care plans tailored to mental health needs.

Conduct risk assessments and safeguard service users.

Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and families.

Promote a therapeutic environment that supports recovery and emotional well-being.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Manager with experience in mental health and complex needs.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.

Experience working with individuals with severe mental health conditions and complex behaviours.
